MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This membership agreement ("Agreement") is made between Moda Days Tekstil Reklam Fotoğrafçılık Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company") and the individual ("Member") who wishes to become a member through the wholesale e-commerce website with the domain modadays.com ("Site").

Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the membership creation and usage by the Member to purchase Company's products wholesale and utilize other related services through the Site.

Membership Application and Approval

The individual who wishes to become a member submits a membership application through the Site by providing accurate and complete information. The Company reserves the right to review and approve or reject the application. Once the membership application is approved by the Company, the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed accepted, and the Member may start using the Site.

Member Rights and Responsibilities

1. The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account on the Site. They should not share their account information with others or take measures against unauthorized access.
2. The Member shall use the Site in compliance with the law, this Agreement, and the rules determined by the Company. In case of misuse of the Site or engagement in unlawful activities, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account.
3. The Member is responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date, and complete information in transactions conducted through the Site. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to disclaim any liability.
4. The Member shall respect the Company's intellectual property rights and refrain from unauthorized use of the content provided by the Company.

Company Rights and Responsibilities

1. The Company has the right to provide, update, modify, or terminate the services on the Site. In such cases, the Company may make changes without any obligation to notify the Member.
2. The Company may take measures to monitor or restrict the Member's use of the Site.
3. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account, without the obligation to provide any reason for doing so.

Privacy

The Member's privacy rights are subject to the rules stated in the Company's Privacy Policy. By accepting this Agreement, the Member is considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services provided on the Site. The Member uses the Site at their own risk.

Dispute Resolution

In case of any disputes arising from this Agreement, Turkish law shall apply, and the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.

This Membership Agreement has been electronically executed between the Parties, and the parties have been mutually informed in the electronic medium that the written form of the contract in the electronic medium fully contains their rights and obligations, and they have agreed to comply with these provisions.

This Agreement is a membership agreement executed by the parties' will.
