2.1- This contract is related to the sale and delivery of the product specified below, with its characteristics and sale price, which the BUYER has ordered electronically from the website of {{CompanyInfo.Name}}, in accordance with the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

General Provisions

4.1- The BUYER declares that they have read and understood the basic characteristics of the product, sale price, payment method, and delivery information provided on the {{CompanyInfo.Name}} website and has given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2- The product subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER, within the period specified in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 3-day period.

4.3- If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the designated person/organization does not accept the delivery.

4.4- The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product subject to the contract in sound, complete, complying with the specified qualifications, and including any warranty certificates and user manuals, if any.

4.5- The delivery of the product is subject to the signed copy of this contract reaching the SELLER and the payment of the price by the BUYER through the chosen payment method. If the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed relieved of the obligation to deliver the product.

4.6- If the BUYER's credit card is used unauthorized or unlawfully by unauthorized persons not due to the BUYER's fault, and if the related bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 days of its delivery, provided that it has been delivered to the BUYER. In this case, the shipping costs shall be borne by the BUYER.

4.7- If the SELLER cannot deliver the product within the agreed period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or transportation interruption, the SELLER is obliged to notify the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may choose to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one if available, and/or postpone the delivery period until the obstructive situation is resolved. In case of cancellation of the order by the BUYER, the amount paid will be refunded to them in cash and in full within 10 days.

4.8- For products sold with a warranty certificate or not, if there are any defective or faulty products, they can be sent to the SELLER for necessary repairs, and in this case, the shipping costs shall be covered by the SELLER.

Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 days starting from the delivery of the product to themselves or the person/organization at the indicated address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by fax, email, or phone within this period, and the product must be unused within the framework of Article 6 provisions. In case of withdrawal, the BUYER is obliged to return the original invoice along with the shipping delivery receipt showing that the product was sent back to the SELLER. The amount paid by the BUYER will be refunded within 7 days after the arrival of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and other legal obligations cannot be refunded. The shipping fee for the returned product due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER.

Non-Refundable Products

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that, by their nature, cannot be returned, disposable products, reproducible software and programs, perishable or expired products. In the following products, the right of withdrawal is subject to the condition that the product's packaging is unopened, undamaged, and the product is unused:

• Portable Computers (After the original operating system is installed, returns will not be accepted.)
• All kinds of software and programs
• DVDs, VCDs, CDs, and cassettes
• Computer and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, ribbon, etc.)
• All kinds of cosmetic products
• Phone credit orders

Jurisdiction

For the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, or Consumer Courts located in the BUYER's or SELLER's place of residence, are authorized up to the declared value by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

By placing an order, the BUYER is considered to have accepted all the conditions of this contract.
