Membership Agreement

This membership agreement ("Agreement") is made between Moda Days Tekstil Reklam Fotoğrafçılık Sanayi Ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Company") and the individual ("Member") who wishes to become a member on the wholesale e-commerce website with the domain modadays.com ("Site").

Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement regulates the creation and use of membership by the Member to purchase Company's products wholesale and use other related services through the Site.

Membership Application and Approval

The individual who wishes to become a member fills in the necessary information correctly and completely on the Site to apply for membership. The Company reserves the right to review and approve or reject the application. When the membership application is approved by the Company, the provisions of the Agreement are deemed accepted, and the Member can start using the Site.

Rights and Responsibilities of the Member

• The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account on the Site. They should not share their account information with others or take measures against unauthorized access.
• The Member must use the Site in accordance with the law, the Agreement, and the rules determined by the Company. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account in case of misuse or illegal activities on the Site.
• The Member is obliged to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information in transactions conducted on the Site. Otherwise, the Company has the right to disclaim any responsibility.
• The Member must respect the intellectual property rights of the Company and must not use the content provided by the Company without permission.

Rights and Responsibilities of the Company

• The Company has the right to provide, update, modify, or terminate the services on the Site. In such cases, the Company can make changes without any obligation to notify the Member.
• The Company may take measures to monitor or restrict the Member's use of the Site.
• The Company has the right to suspend or terminate the Member's account without any obligation to provide an explanation.

Privacy

The privacy rights of the Member are subject to the rules stated in the Company's Privacy Policy. By accepting this Agreement, the Member is deemed to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee that the services provided on the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Member uses the Site at their own responsibility.

Dispute Resolution

Turkish law shall apply to any disputes arising from this Agreement, and Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.

This Membership Agreement is entered into electronically between the Parties, and the Parties have mutually acknowledged in electronic form that it fully contains the rights and obligations of the Parties and have agreed to comply with these provisions.

This Agreement is the membership agreement voluntarily entered into by the Parties.
